Hmm...where to begin. Well Ms. Spammer-bot, first off, I'm a little confused as to why you are referring to me as "Diana." I mean, "Matt" isn't terribly difficult to pronounce, and I am in fact, not a woman (last time I checked).

As for your interesting dilemma regarding avocados, I must admit that I really have no idea what one does with avocados other than mash them up and make dip out of them. However, given that we are all on the internet, I was able to perform a search of "avocados, refrigerate" and discovered within a matter of seconds, that while avocados are usually not refrigerated, one can indeed store them in the fridge to make them ripen less slowly. So there's your answer. Although given the fact that you aren't actually a real person, I suspect that this information may be entirely useless to you.

I did however, appreciate your fondness for my videos, although I am somewhat confused as to how you found them "helpful." That being said, I regretfully inform you that I do not foresee a video or blog post appearing on this site in the future regarding salmon and/or stuffed mushrooms as I'm not sure they would really mesh well with the theme of the website.

Also, this is a cartoon website, not a cooking blog. And I don't cook. Like at all.

Take care.

Hi Diana, so I just got home from picking up all the gooeids AKA round food at the grocery store to start the diet! I'm so excited to start feeling better and looking better!I have a question for you, I bought 4 avocados and I'm not sure how to store them when, do I leave them just sitting out on the counter or do I keep them in the fridge? Also, you should make a video or blog post on how to cook the salmon and stuffed mushrooms. I'd enjoy learning how you prepare that. Thank you for putting this blog together and making videos, I am addicted to them , they are soo helpful! take care
